# Urgent Data Entry Specialist – 12,000 Contacts | ZoomInfo → Google Sheets/Salesforce

## Project Overview

We are looking for a **highly efficient and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist** to transfer approximately **12,000 business contacts from ZoomInfo into Google Sheets or Salesforce**.

This is an **urgent project starting tomorrow** and must be completed within **3–4 days**.

This is a high-volume assignment, so we are looking for someone who can work quickly while maintaining excellent accuracy.

## Responsibilities

* Extract approximately **12,000 contacts from ZoomInfo**
* Enter complete contact information accurately into **Google Sheets and/or Salesforce**
* Follow the exact column/field structure provided
* Ensure names, job titles, company information, phone numbers, email addresses and other required fields are entered correctly
* Avoid duplicate entries
* Maintain consistent formatting throughout the database
* Flag any missing, unclear or incomplete information
* Perform a final quality check before submitting the completed database
* Provide daily progress updates

## Required Skills

* Previous experience with **high-volume data entry**
* Experience using **ZoomInfo** is strongly preferred
* Experience with **Salesforce and/or Google Sheets**
* Excellent typing speed
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to handle repetitive work without compromising accuracy
* Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
* Ability to follow instructions precisely
* Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop
* Ability to work intensively and meet a strict deadline
* Good English comprehension
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to create professional job postings and post them on company websites is a strong plus
* Familiarity with basic IT-related tasks and tools is preferred
* Knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use AI effectively for work-related tasks will be highly preferred

Candidates with these additional skills may be considered for **long-term and recurring work beyond data entry**, depending on performance and the client's requirements.

## IMPORTANT – Deadline

You must be available to start **tomorrow**.

The complete project of approximately **12,000 contacts must be finished within 3–4 days**.

## Quality Requirement

## Project Budget

**₹15,000–₹20,000 fixed project budget**, depending on experience, speed and accuracy.
