Urgent Freight Operations Support

I need someone who can step in immediately and take ownership of a live queue that spans both air and ocean shipments. Most of the cargo is flowing between India and Europe, North America, as well as East & Southeast Asia, so confidence in these trade lanes is essential.

You’ll be the single point of contact for carriers, CHAs at Delhi ICDs and the Air Cargo Terminal, and my internal sales team. With at least three years of proven end-to-end freight experience, you should be able to review and issue HBL, MBL, AWB and Customs Shipping Bills without supervision, chase uplift confirmations, and flag exceptions before they become problems.

Key items I will rely on you for:
• Same-day preparation and cross-check of all export/import documentation
• Daily tracking of each movement with concise status updates pushed to me (email or shared sheet)
• Proactive coordination with CHAs to clear any customs bottlenecks
• A short hand-over summary at the close of each week
