URGENT – Complete ALL Pending FR/UK Website Connections to Unblock Independent Audit | DevOps / Full-Stack

NEVIE-GLOBAL – France & United Kingdom

IMMEDIATE START | 24–48 HOUR TARGET | FIXED PRICE $20–$30 TOTAL

We urgently need a skilled DevOps / Full-Stack integration specialist to FINISH the technical connections our previous developer was supposed to complete over the past three days. Both websites and their technical services already exist, but essential deployment, domain and access connections remain unfinished. This is delaying a separately arranged independent technical audit.

YOUR JOB IS TO COMPLETE THE MISSING WORK YOURSELF, then demonstrate that the existing environments are accessible and ready for our auditor. You are NOT being hired to conduct an audit, rebuild sites, design pages or create new features.

OFFICIAL DOMAINS

FR: nevie-global.fr and www.nevie-global.fr

UK: nevie-global.com and www.nevie-global.com

EXISTING SERVICES (AS APPLICABLE)

GitHub, Railway, Hostinger, IONOS, PostgreSQL, existing frontend/backend and APIs, professional email/SMTP, n8n, Shopify, Stripe and existing website administration tools.

Not every service necessarily needs changes. Use the platforms already approved by NEVIE-GLOBAL. DO NOT introduce a new Vercel deployment or unnecessary hosting platform.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL WORK

1. GITHUB – BOTH WEBSITES

* Identify the correct existing FR and UK repositories, project ownership and deployment branches.
* Complete missing GitHub-to-Railway repository/integration connections, including existing deployment permissions or CI/CD settings where needed.
* Confirm authorized company administration and appropriate read access for our independent auditor.
* Do not delete, move, publish or transfer repositories or source code.

2. RAILWAY – BOTH WEBSITES

* Finish connections between the correct repositories, projects, services and approved production deployments.
* Fix outstanding build/start settings, deployment configuration, service URLs and environment-variable connections needed for production or auditor access.
* Check relevant frontend, backend and PostgreSQL/API connectivity; correct configuration-level blockers without rebuilding software.
* Verify the intended FR and UK deployments are running and correctly linked to official domains.

3. HOSTINGER / IONOS / DNS / OFFICIAL DOMAINS

* Complete outstanding Hostinger and, only where relevant, IONOS domain/DNS configurations.
* First establish where each domain’s authoritative DNS is managed; change records only in the correct place.
* Connect the existing FR site to nevie-global.fr and its www address; connect the UK site to nevie-global.com and its www address.
* Configure required records, custom domains, verification, SSL/HTTPS and suitable www/non-www redirects. Verify correct site routing and check for stale or conflicting destinations.
* Preserve existing working services. Record current DNS settings before modifications; do not remove previous deployments without permission.

4. PROFESSIONAL EMAILS

* Complete any already-pending Hostinger email, SMTP, aliases, forwards, contact-form notification or domain verification settings relevant to this assignment.
* Check MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC only as needed. NEVER remove mailboxes, change email routing or migrate messages without explicit written approval. Existing mail and data must be preserved.

5. WEBSITE ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER ACCESS

* Confirm existing management URLs and authorized access for both sites (pages, content, media, products and prices where those interfaces already exist). Do not develop a new CMS.
* Where n8n, Shopify, Stripe, databases, APIs or another EXISTING account is needed for the audit, complete outstanding access/permission connections and arrange appropriate auditor access (read-only where possible).
* Do not alter live automations, payment methods, checkout, bank details, customer data or transactions without separate written authorization.

6. SECURITY, VERIFICATION AND HANDOVER

* Keep all accounts, source code and domains under NEVIE-GLOBAL ownership. Use temporary, least-privilege collaborator access; never request permanent transfer of ownership.
* Do not publish secrets, credentials or API keys. Ask the owner to approve sensitive or potentially disruptive changes; preserve a recovery/rollback path.
* Test the four official domain addresses, HTTPS, correct FR/UK site routing, required GitHub/Railway connections and relevant access paths.
* Provide a concise written checklist showing each agreed task completed, URLs/screenshots or other non-sensitive evidence, and any unresolved blocker. Confirm when the independent auditor can start.

STRICT LIMITS

This is technical completion of EXISTING work only: no new website, no redesign, no separate audit, no unnecessary migration, no new Vercel deployment, no unapproved new subscriptions, no unapproved costs.

Only the connections actually required to finish the existing FR/UK setup and unblock the audit are in scope. Agree on the concrete remaining tasks and acceptance checklist before starting.

ACCESS

We will provide authorized, permission-limited collaborator access to the relevant accounts (GitHub, Railway, Hostinger, IONOS and other necessary services).

Work remotely from your computer; screen sharing is available if an owner approval or account verification is needed.

Do not ask us to send master passwords in chat.

BUDGET AND DEADLINE

Total fixed price: $20–$30 USD for BOTH websites and the full agreed completion assignment, NOT per platform and NOT for an audit.

No extras without advance written approval.

Start immediately. Target: finish within 24–48 hours after receiving the necessary access and agreed task list.

Please state clearly if you cannot deliver the full agreed scope within this budget and timeframe.

Payment via funded Freelancer/Upwork fixed-price milestone, released after acceptance under platform rules.

TO APPLY, ANSWER DIRECTLY

1. Can you start NOW and work on both FR and UK?
2. Have you personally connected GitHub + Railway + Hostinger/IONOS DNS and custom domains before? Give one relevant example.
3. Can you complete the actual remaining connections, not just review or audit them?
4. Do you accept a maximum total fixed price of $30 for the agreed work?
5. Can you target 24–48 hours after access is granted?
6. Can you work with restricted permissions, preserve email/payment services and provide completion evidence?
