Urgent Book Cover Spine Correction on a supertight budget.

I need a cover design based on the attached artwork for Ingram Spark BUT with a Change to the quote on the Front Cover. It should read, as the jpg attached. What I had before was this: The Cover INGRAM.png is wrong. It needs fixing for upload to Ingram Spark. Publication was supposed to be 15th Septamber. I can supply existing artwork (rejected by Ingram for the reasons below).
