Government AI Training Tender Bid (Urgent, 24–36 hr turnaround)
We are preparing a technical proposal for a government e-marketplace (GeM) tender to deliver a hybrid Artificial Intelligence vocational training program (Intermediate level) to approx. 1,00,000 trainees across approx. 1,000 batches (100 trainees/batch, approx. 45 training days/batch, 2 hrs/day, weekdays, at the buyer's location). We need sharp, evaluator-ready written content for four sections of the technical bid.
**Scope of Work / Deliverables**
1. Sample Training Module (scored out of 25) — one complete, ready-to-teach module from the AI curriculum at Intermediate level: learning objectives, session-wise breakdown, activities, and assessment method. Should read as production-ready, not a generic template.
2. Gamified Learning Sample (scored out of 25) — a gamification design for one module/topic: game mechanics (points/badges/leaderboard/scenario challenges), how it reinforces the AI learning objective, and a sample screen/storyboard description.
3. Innovation & Value Additions (scored out of 15) — a concise write-up on what we offer beyond baseline scope: AI tools used in delivery, post-training support ideas, industry tie-ins, etc.
4. Training Customization Capability (scored out of 20) — a write-up demonstrating ability to adapt content/delivery for varied learner profiles (digital literacy levels, regional language needs, urban/rural batch locations across Uttar Pradesh).
**Format**: Word document, clear headers, evaluator-skimmable, no filler. [Add page limit/template if the buyer's scope-of-work PDF specifies one — to be shared on confirmation.]
**Timeline**: Time-critical. Bid closes 22-08-2026, 20:00 hrs IST. Need a complete first draft within 24–36 hours to allow one internal review round before upload.
**Ideal freelancer**: Experience writing technical/government tender proposals; instructional design background (EdTech, AI, or STEM training preferred); familiarity with GeM or QCBS-style evaluation criteria is a plus.
**Budget**: INR 600
**Confidentiality**: This is bid-preparation content only — the freelancer is not a party to the eventual contract. Tender-specific details should not be disclosed externally; NDA available on request.
**To apply**: Share 1–2 samples of similar instructional-design or tender-proposal writing, and confirm availability within the stated window.
