Urgent Adobe Animate Animation

A short story scene in Adobe Animate must be brought to life within the next three hours. The sequence includes three key elements: a subtle parallax background to add depth, a flag that follows through convincingly on each wave, and basic lip-sync for a talking character.

I will supply any reference images, audio, and storyboard frames the moment we start so you can jump straight into the timeline. Keep your layers and symbols organised—I need the fully editable .fla (or .xfl) project along with the exported .mp4 for review as soon as the clock runs out.
