What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience in Master Planning, Town Planning, or Urban Planning
• Ability to develop site planning, zoning, circulation, land-use and development concepts
• Good understanding of sustainable and climate-responsive planning principles
• Strong architectural design and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant planning/design software
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with our design team
• Commitment to project timelines and quality deliverables
