Upload Relevant Service Provider Images to theWe have approximately 1,700 pet-related providers listed in the Excel file. The requirement is to find and download relevant images for each provider and organize them into individual folders.
Please follow the below process:
1. Create folders: Use the provider name/ID in Column A as the folder name. For example, if Cell A2 contains Wuff-01, create a folder named Wuff-01.
2. Find the images: Check the Google/image link provided in Column L and use it to locate relevant images for the respective provider.
3. Number of images: Download a minimum of 2 images and a maximum of 3 images for each provider and save them in the corresponding folder.
4. If the link is not working: Use the provider details available in Columns B, E, F, G, H, and I—such as provider name and address—to manually search online and identify the relevant images.
5. Repeat for all providers: Follow the same process for all approximately 1,700 providers, up to the last provider listed in the Excel file.
Example:
For Row 2, if A2 = Wuff-01, create a folder named Wuff-01. Check the link in L2 and download 2 to 3 relevant images. If the link does not work, search online using the provider name and address/details from B2, E2, F2, G2, H2, and I2, and save the identified images in the Wuff-01 folder.
Once all the images have been downloaded and organized, we will provide the FTP/OneDrive location where the completed folders can be uploaded.
We have several similar projects planned, so successfully completing this assignment will provide opportunities to work on similar activities in the future. Please ensure the images are relevant to the respective provider and that the folder structure is maintained accurately throughout.

This will help us assess whether you have understood the requirement and are able to deliver the expected output. Based on the quality and accuracy of the sample, we will proceed with awarding the project to the right candidate.
