Upload Physical Products to Shopify

I’m ready to expand my Shopify catalogue with a new set of physical products and already have the detailed copy for each item—titles, long-form descriptions, pricing, and SKU information are waiting in a spreadsheet. What I’m missing are some of the images needed to create a complete, visually consistent product gallery.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Import every product into my Shopify admin, mapping the fields in my sheet to the correct sections (title, description, variants, inventory, shipping, SEO, collections, and tags).
• Review the copy as you paste it in, adjusting line breaks, bold text, and basic formatting so everything looks clean inside the product page template.
• Source or create the additional product photos I’m missing (stock, supplier files, or light editing of user-supplied shots is fine) and make sure every listing ends up with a full set of crisp, on-brand images sized for Shopify’s recommended 2048 px width.
• Add alt-text for accessibility and on-page SEO, then double-check that the image order makes sense (hero first, detail shots next, lifestyle images last).
• Run a final pass to confirm each item appears correctly in its assigned collection and the storefront search returns accurate results.

Once all items are live and tested on desktop and mobile, send me a quick rundown of what you added, the images you sourced or edited, and any notes I should know. I’ll provide immediate feedback and sign-off so we can wrap the job promptly.
