Upgrade Lindy AI Agent for Task Management

Modify my Lindy AI Agent.

We have an agent we want to process tasks via telegram communication. It is currently communicating but has loop issues that cause it to repeat messages and fails to properly follow communication chain.

1. Gateway for security. Confirm access code.
2. Introduce yourself and give list of tasks
3. Receive task request and assist with completion of task.

Tasks are
1. Perform a hazard inspection and require 4 hazards, controls, pre control hazard risk rating, post control implementation hazard risk. Record customer, region, and location
Time, date. And workers involved.
2. Truck safety inspection tied to asset list
3. Trailer safety inspection tied to asset list

We had the agent working well but then he went into loop mode and won't help anyone do the tasks.

Remove all slack integration we only want to use telegram. And have agent track data in Google sheets which will then be used to draft reports

Have agent provide monthly reports that show
# of inspections and type by employee
# of FLHAs and average risk rating before control and after
Top 5 Most common risks identified for month
Which employee is communicating the most with the agent
