I’ve just installed GTA IV on my PC and want to dive into modding, starting with what matters most to me—how every car, bike, and truck feels on the road. I’d like you to adjust the game’s vehicle handling and physics so driving feels smoother, more believable, and simply more fun.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A set of handling.dat (and any related) tweaks or custom scripts that noticeably improve steering response, braking, suspension behaviour, and collision feedback.
• A clean, drop-in installation package that works with the latest Steam version using common tools such as OpenIV, ASI Loader, and ScriptHook.
• A short, step-by-step guide—screenshots or a quick video are fine—showing me exactly where to place each file, how to back up originals, and how to toggle your changes on or off. I’m brand-new to this, so clarity is key.
• A brief explanation of what each key change does, so I can keep experimenting safely on my own later.

If you already have proven tweaks, feel free to start there; if not, custom-build them from scratch. As long as the end result is stable and noticeably improves driving without breaking missions or causing crashes, I’m happy.
