My current tech pack and a separate embroidery file are falling short; the first two samples came back with major issues. Complex corseted pieces and detailed embroidery are involved, yet the factory clearly isn’t receiving enough direction on construction, fit, or finishing.

Here is what I need done:
• Audit both existing files, point out every gap, and explain why the information is insufficient.
• Re-write the tech pack so construction details and fit specifications leave no room for interpretation—especially for the corsets and any other garment sections that look vague.
• Advise whether the embroidery pages also require deeper call-outs; I’m not sure yet and will rely on your judgement.

Acceptance criteria for the revised pack:
• Annotated flat sketches with stitch types, seam allowances, and fastening positions.
• Graded measurement charts and tolerance tables.
• Clear BOM and colour/trim lists.
• Step-by-step assembly notes that a manufacturer can follow without emailing for clarification.
• Final files supplied in an editable format (AI, Excel or similar) plus a print-ready PDF.

Once this is in place I can move straight to the next sampling round with confidence that workmanship and fit will finally meet the brief.
