Upgrade Drupal 7 to 10

I run a live Drupal 7.x site that now needs a full core jump to Drupal 10 (or 11 if you can prove stability) and I want it done within four weeks (End of Oktober / 10th November).

My driving reason is better performance, so every decision you make—from database migration to theme migration — has to translate into un-noticeably front-end, supported modules and sam functionality. The admins should still be able to use all functions as before.

Key elements that must survive the trip intact:
• the existing user-management system with all roles and permissions
• our e-commerce setup (products, carts, orders, payment gateway)
• an audio-guide section that stores sound files, builds a bibliography around them, and plays the audio seamlessly on desktop and mobile

All design, content, and URLs have to move over too, preferably wrapped in a modern, responsive theme that you will implement or adapt so it can work with a theme builder (best choice has to be suggested). Expect to clean up deprecated modules, map fields, rebuild views, and configure equivalent contrib or custom modules for Drupal 10/11 while keeping SEO signals steady. WYSIWYG Edirt functionality needs to perform flawlessly.

Deliverables
1. Migration plan and timeline (submitted with your detailed project proposal).
2. A staging environment showing the upgraded site for review.
3. Fully migrated production site, performance-tuned and security-hardened.
4. Post-launch support for any migration-related bugs within an agreed window of approx 4 weeks.

Acceptance criteria: every retained feature must function at least as well as it does now, page-load times should improve, and no critical errors should appear in the log after the first week live.
