Update Structural Calcs After Garage Resize

I have reduced the width of an upper-floor garage on an existing set of drawings and now need the structural package brought into line with that change. The architectural sheets are already prepared; what is missing are the revised structural calculations and the corresponding plan sheets.

The change affects mainly the beams and columns that frame the garage as well as the overall floor load distribution to the walls below. I need you to:

• Recalculate member sizes, reactions, and connections for the affected beams and columns.
• Update the floor load paths so the new, narrower footprint is fully accounted for.
• Produce an updated structural plan (PDF plus editable source in your usual software—Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) that slots straight into my drawing set.

Please flag any knock-on dimensional tweaks required to the adjacent rooms so everything remains code-compliant, but keep the focus on the structural side; no wholesale redesign is required.

Deliverables will be considered complete once the updated calcs and plan pages are stamped “preliminary” and are ready for submission to my local engineer for final sign-off.
