Update MS Project Plan

My current Microsoft Project (.mpp) file no longer reflects reality. Dates have slipped, a few tasks have shifted, and several milestones are now out of sync with the actual status. I need someone who knows MS Project inside out to realign the plan so it accurately mirrors where the project stands today.

What needs doing
• Review the existing schedule and validate every task, dependency, and milestone.
• Update tasks, start/finish dates, and milestone deadlines to match the latest information I will supply.
• Re-calculate the critical path, confirm baseline variance, and ensure the overall timeline is coherent.

Scope boundaries
People, roles, workload, and costs stay as they are; only tasks, dates, and milestones require updating.

Deliverables
• Updated .mpp file with all changes saved and clearly marked.
• Exported PDF or image of the Gantt view for quick team circulation.

Acceptance
The file must open without errors in Microsoft Project, show an accurate critical path, and reflect zero variance between reported status and the new plan.
