Update & Extend Restaurant data collection

I already have a working Python skript that pulls data from a public list of Greek restaurants a few times each week. I’m moving everything to a new VPS and want the job done end-to-end:

• Install and configure the Surfshark VPN client on my fresh VPS.
• Refactor my existing Python script so it connects through the VPN, follows my detailed step-by-step notes, and runs reliably.
• Add the new features I specify (for example, an extra field in the output CSV and a simple retry/back-off routine).
• Schedule the script (cron or systemd timer) so it triggers automatically two to three times per week.
• Run full tests on the server to confirm the data is captured correctly and the output files save where expected.

I’ll hand over the current code, my VPS credentials, and the written instructions. Please deliver updated, well-commented code, a brief README explaining any changes, and proof of a successful run on the server.
