I need our Environmental Management System (EMS) and Fire Prevention Plan (FPP) refreshed so they fully meet the latest UK Environment Agency requirements for our waste-transfer station. You will be working from the PDFs I supply, together with the 1TAG waste-code document and my rough, marked-up site-plan sketch. No editable master files are available at present, so please factor any recreation or conversion work into your approach.
Scope of changes
EMS
• Page 7 – insert revised exemption wording in section 1.10.2, aligning it with current EA guidance.
• Page 24 – replace the existing waste table so it mirrors the format, codes and descriptions in the 1TAG file.
• Page 61 – update the site plan to show the new areas exactly as on my sketch and adjust the adjoining table to match.
FPP
• Page 18 – drop in the same updated waste table used in the EMS.
• Page 57 – replace the existing site plan with the new version created for the EMS.
Key requirements
• Page numbers, layout, fonts and overall appearance must remain unchanged except for the updates above.
• Wording must reflect current EA terminology; accuracy is critical.
• Final deliverables: clean, paginated PDFs ready for submission plus the editable source files you build during the job.
If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know before you start so we can keep iterations to a minimum. Needed before 6th November 2026.
