Update California Permit Drawings

I have an existing set of residential plans that were previously drafted for a single-family home in California. Before I take the next step with the local building department, the drawings must be revised to satisfy current code requirements and formatted as a complete, permit-ready package.

Scope of the revision
• Integrate any structural or code-related changes noted in my red-lined set.
• Coordinate Title 24, CALGreen, seismic, and wild-fire provisions where they apply.
• Ensure all sheets (A-series, S-series, MEP if needed) align with the latest California Residential Code and the jurisdiction’s submission checklist.
• Produce full-size PDFs and editable DWG files that the city can stamp electronically.

Acceptance criteria
The final set must pass the online prescreen review without corrections. I will provide the original CAD files, comment set, and jurisdiction handouts once we start.
