**Update Agreement in Private Android E-Signature Sending App – Firebase/SendGrid**
I have an existing private Android application that I use to send electronic agreements to customers.
Only I use the Android application. Customers do not download or install the app. I use the app to send the agreement to a customer by email. The customer opens the agreement from the email, completes and electronically signs it, and the completed signed agreement is automatically returned to my designated email address as a PDF.
The application currently functions properly and appears to use Firebase and SendGrid.
I need an experienced Android/Firebase developer to update the agreement wording used by the existing system while preserving the complete working process.
The developer will need to:
* Inspect the existing Android APK and current system.
* Determine whether the agreement wording is stored in the Android app, Firebase, backend code, or another template.
* Replace the current agreement wording with the revised agreement that I will provide.
* Preserve the private Android app that I use to send agreements.
* Preserve the customer’s ability to open, complete, and electronically sign the agreement without installing an application.
* Preserve generation of the completed signed PDF.
* Preserve automatic delivery of the signed PDF to my designated email address.
* Preserve the existing Firebase and SendGrid workflow.
* Rebuild the private Android APK if necessary.
* Test the complete process from sending the customer email through receiving the completed signed PDF.
* Make a complete backup before changing anything.
* Avoid changing any unrelated part of the functioning system.
Important security and delivery requirements:
* Do not add tracking, analytics, advertising, background services, or unnecessary Android permissions.
* Do not change Firebase security rules, SendGrid settings, API keys, or unrelated services without prior approval.
* Explain exactly what access is required before access is granted.
* Provide the complete updated source code and final APK.
* Provide a written list of all files and functions changed.
* The updated Android application must not request access to contacts, SMS, phone calls, microphone, camera, location, photos, or unrelated device files.
* Testing must use sample information rather than actual customer information.
The original developer is no longer available. I currently have the working Android APK and examples of completed signed agreements.
