Update 3D Renders with Modern Furnishings

I already have complete 3-D models for both my 3,000 sq ft house and an equally sized shop area. What I need now is a round of refinement:

• Add richer visual detail throughout—decor accents, realistic fittings, refined lighting and any other touches that make the renders feel truly lived-in.
• Rework the interior layouts of both the house and the shop to the latest arrangement I will share, then carry that information through to refreshed stills and a walk-through if your pipeline allows.
• Furnish every room in a clean, modern style. I will supply mood images; you translate them into accurate 3-D assets and a matching 2-D furniture plan so contractors can read it at a glance.

I can send you the original SketchUp and V-Ray files along with reference photos and dimensional sketches. Please return:

1. Updated native 3-D files (SKP, MAX, or compatible)
2. High-resolution rendered images for each principal viewpoint (PNG or JPG)
3. A labeled 2-D furniture layout in DWG/PDF
4. One revision round to fine-tune placement and finishes after I review the first draft

If you prefer working in 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, or another tool, that’s fine as long as final exports meet the formats above. Accuracy to my dimensions and the modern furniture brief will be the key acceptance criteria. Looking forward to seeing how you can elevate these spaces.
