Unrestrict Cyber-Attacked Business Advertising Portfolio

I have issue with my business advertasing portfolio, the front pages are working fine but the business portfolio has been permenetly restricted after a cyber attack to my account

I have full acces to the page
No unauthorized people
Front pages are working fine

the objective lunch ads for sell target with pixel to my site for better conversion

MY IDEA TO FIXE THIS

Plan A Recover the existing account:
You first make a serious attempt to remove the restriction by auditing the hacked account, cleaning up any unauthorized access/assets, reviewing the policy history, and escalating the case with clear evidence of the compromise and the security measures you've since implemented.

Plan B Fresh compliant setup:
If Meta confirms that the original advertising assets cannot be reinstated, create a new build fresh assess, fully compliant Meta advertising setup using legitimate account/business verification procedures and clean security practices.

you should not simply create a new account to bypass the restriction, because Meta may link the new assets to the restricted business and restrict them as well. The goal is to establish a setup that Meta will actually recognize as compliant and sustainable.

So we're not relying on a single outcome you'll pursue recovery first, while having a legitimate fallback strategy ready if Meta's decision is final.
