The work
CTRUH needs one cinematic exterior township walkthrough video in Unreal Engine for a real
estate client. CTRUH supplies the 3D models. You take them into Unreal and deliver the
finished film - scene assembly, materials, lighting, camera animation, post-processing and
final 4K Unreal setup.
Deliverables - 1 video, 60 Secs, 4K

• The film: a single continuous cinematic exterior walkthrough of the township, smooth
camera movement, colour graded.
• Handover: 1 × Unreal Engine File (H.264, 3840×2160, 30 fps) + Unreal project files
and render settings.
• No audio, no logos, no burned-in text - clean plates only.

· drone or live-action footage · any property or video variant beyond the single township film
above.
What you need to bring
Your own hardware, Unreal Engine licence and any third-party assets or plugins. CTRUH
provides the models, references, shot-list sign-off and a single point of contact for daily
review.
