I want to launch a university-level case competition that seamlessly combines business strategy, data analytics, and innovation & design, all centred on sharpening students’ problem-solving skills. To make this event both challenging and memorable, I need a detailed competition package that covers everything from concept to wrap-up.
Please develop:
• A compelling theme and set of real-world case prompts that intertwine the three tracks.
• A step-by-step schedule (kick-off, mentoring checkpoints, submission windows, finals).
• Clear judging rubrics and scoring sheets that emphasise analytical rigour, strategic thinking, and creative solutions.
• Mentor and judge guidelines, including sample feedback templates.
• Participant resources: data sets, background briefs, presentation deck outline, and submission instructions.
• Event logistics playbook: registration mechanics, team formation suggestions, room/virtual setup, and trophy or prize ideas.
• Marketing plan aimed at university students—posters, social media copy, and email blasts.
• Post-event assessment tools to measure how well the competition enhanced participants’ problem-solving skills.
Acceptance criteria: each deliverable must be provided in editable format (Google Docs/Sheets or Word/Excel), with any data sources properly cited and all timelines clearly mapped.
