University Certificate Verification Visit -- 2

I need a reliable representative to visit the University of Jammu and complete official verification of two sets of documents that belong to me:
• my graduation certificates
• my professional certifications

The Registrar’s office has confirmed that an in-person meeting is required. You will present the original or notarised copies I courier to you, obtain the university’s authentication stamps/seals, and collect any written confirmation they issue.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution scans or clear photos of each verified document, showing the university seal and authorised signature.
2. A brief visit report (date, time, Registrar’s contact name, and any remarks made).
3. Courier return of the stamped originals, if the university keeps no official copy.

Acceptance criteria: all pages legible, seals fully visible, names and serial numbers match my originals, and the Registrar’s endorsement is evident.

The university is open Monday–Friday, 10 am–4 pm; please schedule your visit within the next seven business days and share a proposed date before you go. A short, same-day update once the meeting is complete will be appreciated so I can track progress.
