Universal Trading Auto-Execution Tool

I need a comprehensive auto-order execution solution that integrates directly with major trading platforms and functions seamlessly across any market. The core component should automatically place, modify, and close orders based on my loaded strategies, while a separate web-based admin panel allows me to configure symbols, position sizing rules, and user access without touching the code.

Key Requirements
• Platform-Independent: The engine must be capable of working with NSE, BSE, MCX, crypto, forex, and commodity markets (and other APIs), provided they support standard order types and price feeds.
• Automation: Once a user uploads or scripts a set of rules (e.g., order type, entry/exit, SL, TSL, multi-rule orders, risk management), the tool should execute them in real-time without manual intervention.
• Embedded Risk Management: The admin panel must include features like hard and soft stops, maximum drawdown caps, daily loss limits, and adjustable leverage controls, allowing for instant enabling or modification.

Deliverables
1. Executable trading engine, fully documented.
2. Responsive admin panel (React, Vue, or similar) connected to the same database.
3. 'READ ME' setup guide and a brief handover session to enable deployment on my server.
