The project moves an already-defined concept into a fully playable, production-ready title. Unity (latest LTS) and C# will drive development, with PlayFab providing player accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, matchmaking and other live-ops features.
What matters most is the creation of immersive, realistic 3D environments; characters and props must sit naturally in these spaces, with smooth animation blending, accurate physics and responsive, mobile-friendly controls. Every scene, shader and texture should be profiled and trimmed until it holds 60 fps on both Android and iOS without sacrificing visual fidelity.
Key technical scope
• Scene construction and lighting for realism (URP or HDRP, whichever better meets the target devices)
• Character animation trees, root-motion adjustments and custom rig additions for special actions
• Gameplay systems in C# (combat, inventory, progression, UI flows) tied cleanly into ScriptableObjects for easy tuning
• Full PlayFab integration: login, cloud data, economy, statistics and real-time multiplayer where required
• Third-party SDK hookups (analytics, in-app purchases) with a clean service locator pattern
• Mobile optimization pass: batching, occlusion, LOD groups, addressables, on-demand resources and platform-specific quality tiers
Deliverables
1. Unity project in source control, builds running on Android & iOS test devices
2. PlayFab title configured and linked, with sample user data flowing end-to-end
3. Technical documentation covering project structure, architecture decisions and deployment steps
4. Recorded walk-through (screen capture with voice) that shows the game booting, logging in, playing a short session and syncing progress to the cloud
Acceptance criteria
• Visual benchmark scenes hold 60 fps on a mid-range 3-year-old phone (one Android, one iPhone)
• A new user can install, sign in, play, close the app, reinstall and recover data seamlessly
• Code passes a static analysis sweep (default Unity Analyzer rules) with no critical issues
With these milestones met, the base game will be ready for content expansion and soft-launch testing.
