I’m building a brand-new YouTube channel aimed squarely at teenagers and I want to launch it with an original animated style that doesn’t fit the usual buckets of “funny kids’ stories”, “educational shorts”, or generic adventure pieces. The subject matter will also step outside the standard comedy, fantasy, or self-help lanes; I have a rough vision, but I need a creative partner to shape it into a clear, standout concept and then bring the first video to life.
Here’s what I’d like to tackle together:
• Channel Concept – refine the core premise, visual identity, episode length, posting cadence, and overall tone so the channel feels coherent and binge-worthy for a teen audience.
• Pilot Script & Storyboard – develop a tight narrative arc that shows off the concept and hooks viewers within the first seconds.
• Animation Production – create a polished short (2–4 minutes) in full HD with voice-over, sound design, and simple motion graphics; tool choice is open (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, Blender, or equivalent) as long as the final render is clean and YouTube-ready.
• Thumbnail & Title – one eye-catching thumbnail plus a title that drives clicks without resorting to clickbait.
Acceptance criteria
– Concept deck (PDF or Slides) summarising theme, style frames, and episode roadmap.
– Final MP4 video exported at 1080p, ≤100 MB, free of copyrighted assets.
– Separate deliverables: storyboard PDF, layered project files, and thumbnail PNG.
If you thrive on creating something that feels fresh, quirky, and undeniably teen-friendly, let’s start sketching ideas and get this pilot published.
