I need a complete property-listing platform for real estate agents that works seamlessly on both web and mobile. The website and the app must draw from one central back-end so that when an agent adds, edits, or removes a listing, the change appears everywhere in real time without manual syncing.
User authentication is crucial. Every sign-up, login, and sensitive action must be protected with real-time SMS OTP verification. I am open to well-known gateways such as Twilio or other reliable providers, as long as delivery is quick and the system can handle local and international numbers.
To keep things straightforward, here is what I expect to receive:
• A responsive website focused on property listings, built with modern front-end tech (React, Vue, Angular or similar).
• A cross-platform mobile app (native or Flutter/React Native) that mirrors the web features.
• A single scalable back-end (Node.js, Laravel, Django, etc.) with REST or GraphQL APIs powering both interfaces.
• Integrated SMS OTP service wired into the auth flow and tested end-to-end.
• Source code, basic documentation, and a brief hand-over session so my team can maintain the system.
