Unified Drone & Asset Tracking Dashboard

I need a single, browser-based dashboard that lets me watch everything that moves in my operation—DJI drones, GPS-enabled vehicles, and field personnel who report their location from a mobile app.

What matters most is seeing every asset on one live map. As positions stream in, the dashboard should instantly update without manual refresh, showing real-time metrics such as speed, altitude/battery for drones, vehicle status, and basic health or panic alerts for people. I also want the ability to scrub back through each asset’s tracking history for post-mission review.

Access will not be one-size-fits-all. I require multiple user roles so I can limit visibility or editing rights to specific teams while still keeping an overall admin view for myself.

You are free to choose the best stack—React, Vue, or similar for the front end; Node, Python, or Go for the back; WebSocket/MQTT for live data; and a mapping API such as Mapbox, Google, or Leaflet—but the result has to be responsive, reliable, and easy for me to extend later.
