I’m building a fangame set in the Undertale universe and need a complete, game-ready sprite sheet for Error 666 (from the Godverse AU). Because no canonical sheet exists, you’ll be designing the character from scratch while matching classic Undertale aesthetics—clean pixel art, readable silhouettes, flat colours, and a limited palette that still feels vivid on dark battle backdrops.
Scope
The sheet must cover every situation the game will throw at the character: overworld exploration, real-time encounters, and turn-based battles. That means you’ll create movement cycles (walking and idle), dynamic battle poses, and an expanded bank of special actions.
Special actions to include
• Magic attacks and spell effects
• Damage, defeat, and recovery animations
• Teleporting, transformations, and other signature powers
• Extra poses and facial expressions
Style & size requirements
• Battle sprites rendered in colour, sized consistently with Undertale boss characters.
• Overworld sprites proportioned for the standard top-down tiles (I’ll supply exact pixel sizes once we connect).
• Smooth, on-beat frame timing—think 6-8 frames for a run loop, 3-4 for an idle, etc.
Deliverables
1. Master PNG sprite sheet on a transparent background.
2. Aseprite (or compatible) source file with labelled layers and frame tags.
3. Simple text file listing frame order and suggested timings.
I’ll run the sheet directly in-engine and confirm that all actions trigger correctly; once every animation plays without glitches and the style feels at home beside canonical Undertale sprites, we’re done. If you love crisp pixel art and AU lore, let’s team up and give Error 666 a proper debut!
Budget: €0 (unpaid volunteer project). I'm looking for a pixel artist willing to create Undertale-style sprites for Error 666 Sans. Credit will be provided. Only apply if you're happy to work voluntarily.
