I need a skilled metrology professional who can take repeatable, closed-tolerance measurements of several metal components using a digital micrometer and deliver verifiable results within ±0.001 mm.

You will receive the parts along with a drawing that highlights all critical dimensions. Once measured, compile the readings into a concise inspection report that includes:
• the actual dimension recorded for each feature
• the specified tolerance band
• any deviation notes or anomalies you observed
• the calibration certificate or traceability information for the micrometer you used

All figures must stay inside the stated ±0.001 mm window, and I will spot-check a subset of dimensions with my own gauge upon receipt, so consistency is essential. If you have a surface plate, gauge blocks, or other supporting equipment, feel free to mention them—those details help me assess confidence in your setup.

Final deliverables: PDF (or spreadsheet) report plus photo evidence of the measurement setup for at least one sample part. Fast turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy takes priority.
