Build 1 Master Local Lead Gen WordPress Template (GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks)
Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build one clean, ultra-fast 5-page master template for a local service business.
The goal of this website is lead generation (phone calls and form fills). It must be built with zero bloat so I can export it using All-in-One WP Migration and clone it across multiple domains.
Key Requirements & Tech Stack:
Theme: Free GeneratePress (from the WP directory) OR Free Kadence.
Page Builder: Native WordPress Block Editor using GenerateBlocks (Free) or Kadence Blocks (Free). No Elementor, Divi, or heavy page builders.
Forms: Fluent Forms or WPForms (Free).
Speed: 90+ Mobile Core Web Vitals score on Google PageSpeed Insights.
Variable Shortcodes: You must use shortcode placeholders throughout the design so I can search-and-replace variables later (e.g., [City], [State], [Phone], [Service]).
Required Page Structure (5 Pages Total):

Sticky Mobile Header: High-contrast Tap-to-Call: [Phone] button fixed on mobile screens.
Hero Section: Above-the-fold H1 headline (Top-Rated [Service] in [City], [State]) + Quote Request Form on the right/below.

3-Column Service Grid: Highlighting 3 main sub-services.

3x Service Inner Pages: Templated, clean layouts for individual sub-services.

Final Deliverable:
A fully functioning, responsive 5-page site built on my staging environment (or your local environment).
A downloaded .wpress export file created via the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
A 5-minute video or quick instructions on how to run a Search-and-Replace to swap out the shortcode variables ([City], [Phone], etc.) for new site launches.
