I am ready to form a private-limited property management company in the United Kingdom and need an expert who can walk me through every step, from incorporation to yearly tax filings. The work starts with selecting the most suitable structure, reserving the company name, preparing the memorandum and articles, and completing the Companies House submission. Once the company is live, I’ll rely on you to register it for Corporation Tax, VAT (if advisable), and any relevant schemes such as PAYE.
Your deep knowledge of the UK tax system is critical because I want strategic guidance on allowable expenses, optimal profit extraction, and quarterly compliance so there are no surprises at year-end. I also welcome practical advice on day-to-day property management matters—tenant deposits, maintenance budgeting, and bookkeeping practices—so the operation runs smoothly from day one.
After incorporation I intend to keep you on for ongoing tax and compliance support, including filing the first CT600, preparing annual accounts, and reminding me of statutory deadlines. Clear, proactive communication is essential; I’d like to understand not just what to do but why each step matters.
Deliverables
• Company incorporated and fully registered with Companies House and HMRC
• Detailed post-incorporation compliance calendar covering the first 12 months
• Tax planning brief outlining allowable deductions, dividend vs. salary mix, and anticipated liabilities
• Brief advisory note on best-practice property management processes for small portfolios
• Ongoing monthly or quarterly check-ins to ensure filings and payments stay on track (scope and cadence to be agreed together)
If you have a track record of setting up UK property companies and steering them through tax obligations, let’s begin right away.
