UK Nominee for LTD or LLP with UK Citizenship and UK Address

I operate two UK-registered entities—HASTYBOOST LTD and SUNDAYSTORM LLP—behind the gaming-services site www.hasty-boost.com. To finalise onboarding with our payment processor I must name a UK resident on the public record. I am therefore looking for a nominee who holds UK citizenship and can provide a current government-issued ID that carries a UK address.

Your role is purely nominal: you will not handle funds, management decisions, or share in profits. Before anything is filed we will sign a comprehensive nominee agreement confirming you have no financial rights or liabilities and that I retain full control of the businesses. I will supply the draft; you are welcome to have it independently reviewed.

Deliverables
• A clear scan of your valid UK government-issued photo ID showing your address
• Your consent to be listed as director (LTD) and designated member (LLP)
• The executed nominee service agreement in PDF format
