I run a project tracking how jewellers across the United Kingdom present themselves online and now need a clear, data-backed picture of their performance. Your task is to study the full mix of images, videos and written copy that these retailers publish on Instagram, Facebook and their own websites.
What I need from you
• Pull the publicly available posts, reels, stories and page content for a representative list of UK jewellers (I’ll give you the names).
• Measure engagement on each item—likes, shares, comments and any other native metrics the platform exposes.
• Evaluate creative quality: image resolution, framing, video production value, copy clarity, brand voice and overall originality.
• Profile each account’s observable audience demographics where the platforms allow (age bands, gender split, geo-location).
• Map brand positioning, content consistency and cross-platform coherence so we can see how well each jeweller maintains its identity from site to social.
Preferred approach
I’m happy for you to use native analytics dashboards, Meta Business Suite, third-party tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite or even manual scraping combined with Excel, Power BI or similar for visualisation—whatever gives reliable numbers and clear qualitative and quantitative insights.
Deliverables
1. A concise report (PDF or Google Slides) summarising findings for every jeweller, with charts or tables that highlight best and worst performers.
2. A spreadsheet holding raw data and calculated engagement rates.
3. Actionable recommendations—what successful accounts are doing right and how lagging brands can improve.
I’ll be available to clarify scope, provide the initial account list and review early samples so you can adjust methodology before running the full audit.
