UK Caller for Event Follow-Ups

## UK English-Speaking Caller Needed — Event Invitations & Attendance Follow-ups | 29–30 October

We are looking for a professional, friendly freelancer with excellent spoken English, ideally a native UK English speaker, to make follow-up calls to travel agencies and invited guests for a Goa Tourism event featuring a **complimentary dinner and destination presentation**.

### Availability required
All times are **London time**:
- **29 October 2026:** 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- **30 October 2026:** 9:00 am–3:00 pm

### Your tasks

**1. Reconfirm attendance with registered guests**
- Call guests who have already registered.
- Check whether they still plan to attend.
- Record their response and any questions or requests.

**2. Follow up with invited contacts who have not registered**
- Call contacts whose invitations are recorded as delivered or opened, but who have not yet registered.
- Ask whether they received the invitation and briefly explain the event.
- Encourage interested contacts to complete registration.
- If someone needs the invitation resent, notify our team so we can send it again.

### Requirements
- Excellent, clear spoken English; a native UK English speaker is preferred.
- A confident, polite and professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience with event invitations, customer service or telephone follow-ups.
- Ability to keep accurate call notes and communicate promptly with our team.
- Availability during the hours listed above.

We will provide the contact database, event details and guidance on what to say. This is an invitation and attendance-confirmation assignment — **you will not be selling tickets or collecting payments**.

### Pay
**US$20–25 per hour**, depending on experience.
