At DIGITALL we dont just deliver technology we deliver the future! We are explorers, knowledge-hunters, tech geeks, problem solvers and game changers who want to inspire and be inspired. Our DIGITALL people are always one step forward: working with top-notch technologies, creating innovations ahead of the market trends, sharing the passion for discovering better ways. As a human-centric organization, our teams are built on mutual respect and open communication, allowing everyone to be authentic, express ideas and unleash their potential. We are proud of our DIGITALL bright minds and never stop developing their skills to keep pushing boundaries together and do what we love. DIGITALL operates globally with a team of 1000 experts in 16 locations across 8 countries.
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer for a geospatial product portfolio. You will turn complex information and location-based workflows into clear, accessible, and useful digital experiences, working with product owners, users, and front-end engineers from discovery and interaction concepts through to validated, implementation-ready interface designs. This is a hands-on, Figma-first product design role: the core deliverable is a coherent design system and a fully specified user experience, with interactive, component-based prototypes, defined states, and clear engineering handoff, not static mockups.
This is your job:
Discovery and research: plan and run user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic reviews with product owners and users; synthesize findings into evidence-based design decisions
Information architecture and interaction design: map journeys, task flows, navigation, and content hierarchy; move from wireframes to complete interaction patterns covering edge cases, empty, error, loading, and permission states
Figma-first design and prototyping: own and organize Figma files using auto layout, components and variants, variables/design tokens, and shared libraries to deliver high-fidelity responsive layouts and interactive prototypes
Design-system stewardship: create, extend, document, and maintain UI components and patterns using atomic-design principles, and coordinate changes with the front-end team to limit design–code drift
Geospatial experiences: design map and location-based interfaces (search, filters, layer controls, legends, tooltips, selection states, detail panels) and make dense spatial data comprehensible across maps, charts, and tables
Accessibility and inclusive design: specify keyboard interactions, focus order, contrast, labels, and accessible alternatives for map-based content
Engineering handoff and delivery: provide developer-ready specifications, breakpoints, interaction rules, assets, and annotations; review implemented interfaces against approved designs
Collaboration and iteration: explain design rationale, facilitate feedback, and refine released experiences using usability findings and analytics in an Agile team
Your qualifications:
5+ years of relevant UX or product design experience, with demonstrable ownership of web and mobile or responsive product experiences
Expert-level, day-to-day proficiency in Figma: auto layout, components and variants, interactive prototypes, design tokens/variables, and scalable design libraries
Portfolio of end-to-end work from problem definition and research through low-fidelity exploration to high-fidelity, component-based, implementation-ready design, with original editable Figma files (not only exported screens)
Strong interaction design, information architecture, user-flow mapping, wireframing, visual hierarchy, typography, grids, and responsive/adaptive design skills
Hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation, and with turning qualitative and quantitative evidence into design choices
Experience creating or maintaining design systems and UI kits using reusable components and atomic-design principles
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive-design principles for complex interfaces
Ability to articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and partner closely with front-end engineers in a fast-paced Agile team
Responsible use of AI / LLM tools in the design process, protecting confidential information and verifying outputs
Nice to Have:
Experience designing geospatial or GIS applications, interactive maps, spatial-data exploration, analytical dashboards, or data-heavy enterprise products
Familiarity with UX/product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar
Experience with motion design or microinteractions that improve usability
Experience facilitating design-thinking workshops or design sprints, or working with front-end component libraries and design-to-code workflows
Candidate Evaluation:
Candidates should present an editable Figma case study explaining how research, interaction design, components, responsive layouts, and usability feedback shaped the result
The assessment may include a practical Figma exercise: turning a geospatial or data-rich workflow into a low-fidelity flow and a small set of high-fidelity, interactive, component-based screens, then explaining the engineering handoff
Organizational information:
All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality.
Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview.
