micro1 is engaging Designers to contribute to a customer's project focused on elevating visual and user experience standards. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work

Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces that align with project objectives and user needs.

Create and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.

Apply advanced typography principles to enhance readability and brand consistency.

Review, analyze, and provide feedback on design iterations with precision and clarity.

Document design processes and articulate design decisions in both written and verbal formats.

Contribute authentic, real-world insights on user interaction and usability best practices.

Collaborate efficiently in a remote environment, submitting deliverables according to project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Graphic or UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact.

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools.

Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design for digital products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.

Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback and iterate on complex design challenges.

Self-motivated contributor who thrives in autonomous, remote project settings.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus.
