UI/UX Designer: AI Property Management Platform (Remote)

We're looking for a UI/UX designer who understands human psychology very well and can deliver a software experience that's smooth like butter. We want the kind of product that makes people say "WOW."

We're building a worldwide property management platform that combines property management software with AI. It saves landlords and managers hours of admin on every unit, every month, and helps them earn more from their properties. Our customers are landlords, big and small, and property and asset managers.

What you'll design
- Landlord and property manager dashboards
- Tenant and owner portals, on web and mobile
- AI assistant and automation flows
- Onboarding, payments and reporting

Must-haves
- Expert in Figma
- A portfolio with SaaS, dashboard or app work
- Strong UX thinking: user research, usability testing, user flows
- Design systems experience
- Good written English

Nice to have
- Experience in proptech or fintech
- Experience designing an AI product
- Prototyping in Framer or similar

Details
- Fully remote and part-time (about 20 hours a week)
- 2 to 3 hours of overlap with Calgary time (MT)
- CAD 300 to 400 a month, plus a 10% profit pool (10% of software profit shared with the founding product team)
