# Hiring a UGC Creator Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator

## Project Description

Hello,

We are looking for someone to help us find and recruit beginner content creators and university students to produce short UGC videos promoting a mobile app available on the Apple App Store.

### Responsibilities
- Find potential creators through Facebook groups, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant communities, including posting recruitment opportunities in suitable groups.
- Contact potential creators and negotiate video production rates within our target budget.
- Offer an optional additional bonus to creators willing to publish the videos on their personal social media accounts.
- Coordinate with creators and follow up until the required videos are delivered.

### Requirements
- Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Previous experience in creator outreach or similar work is a plus, but not required.

We are **not looking for influencers or celebrities**. Our focus is on everyday people and students who can create simple, natural, and engaging videos.

There is potential for long-term collaboration if the initial project is successful.
