I have an AI-driven security application running on Ubuntu that is already feature-complete but still unstable. During live tests on my machines in Ashok Vihar, Delhi the service crashes without warning, so I need a coder who can step in, implement and work on bugs on the go.
The codebase is organised in several files and scripts. Your task is purely bug-fixing during implementation; no new features are required right now. Expect to read logs, reproduce crashes, isolate root causes and patch the offending modules so the application runs continuously under normal load.
Key points
• Environment: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (local systems ready for you to access or work onsite in Ashok Vihar).
• Nature of issue: crashes / runtime errors; occasional core dumps.
• Stack: predominantly Python with a few C++ helpers; standard ML libraries (TensorFlow & OpenCV) are already installed.
• Deliverables:
1. A stable, crash-free version of the system.
2. A brief change log explaining what was fixed and why.
3. Any configuration tweaks or dependency notes needed for redeployment.
I will provide SSH or physical access, sample data and all existing documentation. Once the solution runs for a continuous 48-hour stress test without a crash, the job is done. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get started right away—my hardware is warmed up and waiting.
