Uber-Style Ride Booking App

I’m building a ride-hailing application that serves both riders and drivers across multiple cities in my country. The experience should feel as effortless as Uber: a rider opens the app, requests a pickup, watches their driver approach on a live map, pays in-app, and then leaves a rating; the driver, meanwhile, receives the request, follows turn-by-turn navigation, completes the trip, and tracks earnings—all in one smooth flow.

Core functionality I must see on day one:
• Real-time GPS tracking that updates seamlessly for both user types
• In-app payments with automatic fare calculation and receipts
• A two-way rating & review system that influences future matching

To keep operations running, I also need an intuitive web-based admin console where I can manage cities, fares, promotions, and user issues without touching code. Push notifications, secure onboarding with phone/email verification, and clear ride/earning histories are all essential for trust and transparency.

Acceptance criteria
1. A rider can request, track, pay for, and rate a trip end-to-end in a test city.
2. A driver can accept, navigate, and complete that same trip while monitoring earnings in real time.
3. The admin console displays every stage of that trip accurately in dashboards and reports.
