I need a complete, production-ready mobile solution similar to Uber or Rapido, tailored to the transport and on-demand delivery needs of my city. The finished product must work flawlessly on both iOS and Android and be ready for launch within one month.

Core requirements
• Two customer services in a single app—ride-sharing and courier/delivery—each with its own booking flow, fare calculation and tracking.
• Separate driver-partner module (or a toggle inside one app) with real-time job alerts, navigation, wallet and rating features.
• Live GPS tracking, route optimisation, in-app payments (cards, wallets, UPI), promo codes, surge pricing and multilingual support for our local language.
• Scalable backend with an admin dashboard to manage users, drivers, pricing, payouts and support tickets, plus basic analytics.
• Clean UI/UX that feels familiar to new users yet is branded for our city.

Acceptance criteria
1. iOS (App Store-ready) and Android (Play Store-ready) builds delivered as signed APK/AAB and IPA along with complete source code.
2. Admin panel deployed on my cloud account with full access credentials.
3. Successful end-to-end test ride and delivery flow on both platforms in our staging environment.
4. Handover documentation: setup instructions, API endpoints, database schema and a short training call for my team.

If you already have a white-label or modular framework that can be customised quickly, let me know—speed is critical. I will be available daily to supply city maps, branding assets and any local regulatory details you need.
