I’m launching a focused outbound campaign to generate fresh, qualified investor leads for my UAE real-estate portfolio. All numbers, data sheets, and a clear calling script will be provided; what I’m missing is a confident telecaller who can turn those contacts into interested prospects and book them in for a follow-up with the sales team.

Your day will revolve around dialing the supplied lists, briefly introducing our investment-grade properties, and gauging each prospect’s appetite to invest. Once interest is confirmed, you’ll capture key details in the CRM and schedule a callback or meeting slot for one of our brokers. The tone must stay professional yet conversational—building trust quickly is vital in this market.

Deliverables I’ll be tracking:
• A daily spreadsheet or CRM export showing total calls, connections, and qualified investor leads
• Concise notes for each conversation, including investment budget, preferred asset class, and next action
• End-of-week summary highlighting challenges, objections heard, and suggestions to refine the pitch
