Typed Introduction Letter to Attorney

I need a neatly typed letter that introduces me to a North Carolina attorney I hope to hire. Because she does not use email or a phone, the letter must look polished and professional—this is my only chance to make a first impression.

Here is what I’m looking for:

• I will compose the letter’s content myself; you simply take my dictated or handwritten notes and turn them into a clean, properly formatted business letter.
• If you can take shorthand while we speak, that will speed things up, but I can also email a photo of my handwritten draft if that is easier.
• A quick turnaround is essential so I can drop the letter in the mail right away—same-day delivery of the final file would be ideal.
