Two-Story House Floor Plan Design

Just copy same design. 30*35 feet, if it goes more one two feets no issues. same also first floor. only sitting area on first floor on the veranda space thats it.

I’m ready to move ahead with a new two-story home and need complete floor plans for both levels—nothing more for now. Your job is to translate my rough sketches and notes into clear, build-ready drawings that show room dimensions, wall placements, doors, windows, and basic plumbing / electrical points.

Key points to keep in mind
• Scope is limited to interior floor plans only; exterior elevations and full construction sets will be handled later.
• The design should maximise natural light, create an intuitive flow between public and private areas, and allow for straightforward structural framing.
• I’ll provide the lot dimensions, preferred room list, and local code notes as soon as we start.

Deliverables
1. Level-1 floor plan (PDF + editable DWG/Revit/ArchiCAD file)
2. Level-2 floor plan (same formats)
3. Simple legend and room schedule for quick reference

Acceptance criteria: all rooms correctly dimensioned, consistent wall thicknesses, staircase location resolved, and files open without errors in AutoCAD.
