# TWO SMALL BUSINESS PROJECTS – FRESH FREELANCERS WELCOME

I am a **small business consultant working with around 25 small retail businesses**. I regularly help them with websites, dashboards, automation and other technology requirements.

I currently have **2 small projects** and am looking particularly for **fresh/new freelancers** who want an opportunity to demonstrate their actual development ability.

**Unverified freelancers and freelancers with few or no reviews are welcome.**

## PROJECT 1 – RETAIL CUSTOMER & SALES INTELLIGENCE DASHBOARD

A simple web-based dashboard that converts retail transaction data into useful and understandable business insights.

Main functionality includes:

* CSV transaction upload
* Revenue/orders/customer overview
* Sales trends
* Product/category performance
* Customer behaviour
* Repeat customers
* Basic customer segmentation
* Charts/reports
* Data cleaning/validation
* Export/download

Python, PHP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript or another suitable technology may be used.

## PROJECT 2 – HOME RENOVATION & INTERIOR SERVICES WEBSITE

A professional service and lead-generation website for a fictional local home renovation/interior business.

Main functionality includes:

* Responsive homepage
* Services and service detail pages
* Project gallery
* Before/after section
* Testimonials & FAQ
* Contact/enquiry
* Request-a-quote
* Customer requirement collection
* Reference-image upload
* Simple admin/CMS
* Mobile/tablet/desktop responsiveness

WordPress, PHP, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript or another suitable technology may be used.

## BUDGET – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

**Maximum budget: ₹800 INR per project.**

This current Freelancer posting is for **Project 1 only – maximum ₹800 INR**.

**Bids above ₹800 INR will be automatically rejected. Please do not bid expecting the budget to be increased later.**

Project 2 will be created as a **separate Freelancer project**, also with a maximum budget of **₹800 INR**.

## BOTH MVPs ARE REQUIRED BEFORE SELECTION

To be considered, you must create a **NEW working MVP for BOTH Project 1 AND Project 2**.

Previously developed websites, old portfolio work, screenshots, Figma designs or previous MVPs are **not substitutes**.

**Both MVPs must be hosted online and fully navigable through working URLs.**

Free hosting and sample/fictional data/content may be used.

Your **Freelancer name/username must be clearly displayed at the TOP of BOTH MVPs** so I can identify your submission.

## DEADLINE

**26 AUGUST 2026 – 23:00 HRS IST**

Both MVPs must be completed, hosted and accessible before this deadline.

Once completed, **EDIT YOUR EXISTING BID** and add:

I should be able to open and navigate both URLs myself.

## IMPORTANT – MVP DOES NOT GUARANTEE SELECTION

**Creating the MVPs does NOT guarantee that the project will be awarded to you.**

Multiple freelancers may complete the MVPs.

If multiple suitable MVPs are received, I will present them to my clients. **Final selection will primarily depend on which MVP output my clients prefer**, along with functionality, usability, design, responsiveness, reliability and bid amount.

Only the selected freelancer will receive the project award.

There is **no guarantee of payment for preparing the evaluation MVPs if you are not selected**.

Please participate only if you are comfortable with this condition.

## HOW THE TWO PROJECTS WILL BE AWARDED

The selected freelancer will be awarded **THIS current Freelancer project for Project 1 (maximum ₹800 INR).**

I will then create a **separate Freelancer project for Project 2 (maximum ₹800 INR)** and **invite only the selected freelancer**.

## POSSIBLE FUTURE WORK

I work with approximately **25 small businesses**.

If I find a reliable freelancer who produces good work, there may be approximately **5–6 small projects per year**, depending on client requirements and performance.

Future projects will generally also be around **₹800 INR per project**.

This is **not a guarantee of future projects** and these should not be expected to become high-budget corporate projects.

## BEFORE YOU BID

Please confirm that:

* Your bid is **₹800 INR or below**
* You will create **BOTH new MVPs**
* BOTH will be hosted and navigable
* BOTH will be ready by **26 August 2026 – 23:00 Hrs IST**
* Your Freelancer username will appear at the top of BOTH
* You understand that completing the MVPs **does not guarantee selection**
* You understand this posting awards **Project 1 only**
* You understand Project 2 will be separately posted for the selected freelancer
