I’m starting a platform that pairs homeowners with vetted professional cleaners and need a full, end-to-end web build. The site must feel modern and minimalist, work flawlessly on desktop and mobile, and revolve around two interconnected dashboards—one for customers, one for cleaners—plus a robust admin panel for me.
Core customer flow
• Enter postcode, number of rooms, extras, and receive an instant, dynamically calculated quote.
• Browse cleaner profiles that showcase bio, reviews, and real-time availability.
• Book, pay (Stripe or identical PCI-compliant gateway), message the cleaner through an internal chat, and leave a star + text review once the job is complete.
Cleaner flow
• Public-facing profile with photo gallery, bio, service radius, pricing tiers, and verified-badge logic.
• Calendar management that blocks off booked slots automatically.
• Booking confirmation / reschedule toolkit, earnings dashboard, and secure payouts.
Admin needs
• Global view of all bookings, user accounts, dispute flags, payouts, and manual quote overrides.
• CMS-style control over city / ZIP coverage, fee percentages, promo codes, and review moderation.
• Data export and basic analytics for growth tracking.
Authentication will start simple—email + password with password-reset flow and reCAPTCHA—while keeping the architecture flexible enough to bolt on social logins or 2FA later. The site operates in a single language, so no localisation layer is required right now.
Acceptance criteria
1. Deployed production URL with SSL, staging environment, and documented infrastructure as code.
2. Clean, responsive UI that meets the modern/minimalist brief and scores 90+ on Lighthouse performance.
3. End-to-end booking cycle demo (customer creates account → books → cleaner accepts → payout simulated).
4. Hand-off package: Git repository, database schema, API documentation (OpenAPI or similar), and a brief Loom walk-through.
