Two-Page Upscale Italian Menu Redesign

I’d like fresh eyes on my restaurant’s menu. At the moment it spans six pages (three sheets, front and back). My goal is to distill everything into one double-sided sheet that feels modern, refined and worthy of an upscale Italian dining room.

I will supply the existing InDesign file and a PDF of the current menu. From that you’ll identify and keep only the proven best-selling dishes, then lay them out so the piece reads quickly while still capturing the spirit of our brand. I’m not fixed on a single visual style; I’m open to elegant Italian classics, minimalist typography, or an inventive blend—whichever best conveys a contemporary, high-end tone. Your creative rationale will help me choose.

Deliverables
• Two-page (front/back) print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi
• Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent) with linked assets
• A short style guide summarising fonts, colours, and any graphic elements you introduce

I’ll handle printer coordination once the final artwork is approved, so just make sure bleeds and margins are set correctly for standard US letter trim. If you’ve redesigned restaurant menus before, especially Italian concepts, I’d love to see examples.
