Two-Month Support Recruiter

I need an experienced HR professional to join me for a fixed, two-month engagement focused solely on filling a handful of critical support-level vacancies—specifically HR Assistant positions. The assignment is straightforward but time-sensitive: source, screen, and secure the right people who will keep our internal HR function running smoothly.

You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment cycle: crafting engaging job ads, short-listing, coordinating interviews, and guiding finalists through offer and onboarding. I can supply existing job descriptions and access to our preferred job boards; you are free to introduce additional sourcing channels if they speed things up.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• At least three qualified HR Assistant hires fully onboarded within the two-month window
• Weekly progress report summarising pipeline metrics, interview outcomes, and next steps
• Complete candidate files (CV, interview notes, reference checks) handed over on project close
